She was part of the “background annoy me” music (absolutely not fitting) at our local video rental store and i knew i had to get hold of that music. Her album seems not to be out yet, but there are a few tracks on the nets and even a free download at her site, and one video (and a live bootleg):

Of manu, you should check out Ursula Rucker … no English tongue, but a “spoken word recording artist” as Wikipedia describes it. Very neat! (TIP: if you’re going to listen to only one track, listen to 4hero’s “time”, on which she guest perfoms)
