Omair trained at the London College of Printing with 4 years exper­i­ence in branding, digital and editorial design. Omair worked as Art Director for pub­lish­ing clients such as Penguin Books and Emel Magazine. His strengths are in con­cep­tual work and has an obsession with typo­graphy. His Masters spe­cial­ised in Filmmaking and Visual Theory. He has produced several doc­u­ment­ar­ies and has other academic/experimental projects on the go.

    I watched this video a while back, but was great to see it again. I can’t agree with the PC making students sloppy. I have immense respect for the “old guard”, and I think we can learn a lot from them, but, the computer has led to any explosion of new typefaces and has made the rt of typo­graphy access­ible to, well, just about everyone.
    I haven’t forgotten about your wonderful Helvetica T-Shirt. It will def­in­itely get a BIG mention. Thanks for all your support con­struct­ive criticism, and comments over at redsil and iLT – greatly appreciated!
