Awesome sticker find

Saw this sticker on the wall of the mens room at the Kaffeehaus cafe in Flensburg, Germany. I have no idea what it stands for and what it’s trying to say, but i found it frikkin’ hillarious. Update: Aha! Fy Fan is a punk band from Malmö, Sweden.
