Sorry, did nothing. WiFi works everywhere else but at work. Finds it, it get’s checked, just no wifi bars in the status bar. Upgrading to 4.01 does nothing as it’s only a fix for the ATT bars and an Exchange bug.

Thanks! The tip worked for me! But I had to switch off / switch on wifi and then select my wifi network to make it work.
Before that the mobile data (edge for me) took over the wifi connection…

Try setting up a static IP on your router/phone. Seems to be the only thing that keeps my wifi connected.
Same as everyone else, nothing else changed except upgrade to ios4

Any chance you can run KisMAC in passive mode to detect the number of BSSIDs available in your location? I believe that there are problems when there are large number of access points with multiple BSSIDs within range that is locking up the Wi-Fi manager within iOS4.

The only way that I can get my wifi to work is to turn off the “cellular data”. Once off, wifi works great, if I turn it back on, wifi turns off.

I would like to say this worked fine for me, when goin the normal root setting wifi it got wrng ip address and subnet mask. went setting general netwrk wifi choose my router entered password and bang its wrk

is it did not work for you got setting wif find ur router and choose forget about this network, then try this method again
