Hopping onto the bandwagon here. Apple’s slogan for tomorrows conference, There’s something in the air, could mean that there will be a new MacBook presented.
- No powercable and no power adaptor.
It will be charged via induction from the Airdock. - No optical drive.
Airdock contains wi-fi as well and usb/firewire ports for peripherals. - No mechanical harddisk.
It will use a solid state flash harddisk.
No cables, no moving parts. Everything will be over the air, data and power. — What would be nice as well is a USB multitouch trackpad in at least A4 format. By the way, the apostrophe in ↓ There’s ↓ looks a bit too thick, don’t you think?

Ok, the thing is: i did not read all the predictions on the rumor sites, i thought of this myself. But now after i did, i can see that most of the rumor folks are thinking of the same stuff.
Why, if this is what everybody thinks, release something different? And all that Jonathan ive talk about how much he loves ssd disks. It is too obvious. Why then such a slogan, if they release something different? I mean, how better can it get?
Well, whatever, it’s bedtime now.
