TUAW — the unofficial Apple weblog — always recieved gold in my list of badly designed blogs. And it’s a blog about Apple! I mean that’s like saying “it’s a blog about design” for fucks sake!

And today they’ve presented a new “design” and logo as well. When i heard about that on Twitter my first thought was “maybe they managed to make that little apple inside of their logo look even better”. But nopes, that’s TUAW style, what do you expect. Nooo, they tried to completely redesign the logo, the apple is gone! They added a stupid leaf on top of their name, roughly a mile above it to make it look even more silly. By the way: Aren’t there enough leaf inspired logos popping up already lately?

I bet they did not even realize about their apple silhouette inside of their logo! Anyway, it is not really that hard to spot: just have a look between the A & the W.

I’ve turned off the light, closed my eyes, found a promising position to fall asleep in and then it struck me. I always feel so troubled, strange, lost, without clear purpose, misfitting and looking like a procrastinator to others, just because as a kid there was one sentence in the bible I found oddly interesting.

I can’t recall the exact “composition” of that damn sentence, but it basicly said that we shall not take the wide and even path, buy the narrow, rocky one. Well, I give a wet crap about the bible, you can take that for granted, but that sentence is one of my favourites of all time. Sorry family, if walking that path called for trouble along the road

Dunno if everybody gets the message, but anyway, back to sleep!

Weird that such a popular shortcut haz not been taken yet, eh? I but haz been glad for it — I can haz it for me myselfz!

Google can’t help: The em dash (—) often demarcates a parenthetical thought — like this one — or some similar interpolation, but i can’t find a way to type one on the iPhone. Can you help?
